Understanding the existing situation is the first step on the path to improvement.

In this phase of our approach, Baltic Trail personnel work closely with the client team to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the existing situation.  Though the focus of the assessment may differ based on client request (i.e. infrastructure, contract terms, key performance indicators) all assessments begin with a deep dive into any data available related to the project.  This data – financial, operational and cultural – is reviewed and confirmed with the client team, ensuring all stakeholders have a common understanding of the existing condition in relation to financial, operational and corporate goals.

What clients can expect in this phase:
